Service and Conditions

Palau de Rosa is a small family business, without a concierge service 24/7, therefore our guests would need to inform us 24 hours in advance about their check in arrival time either via email or via phone, in order to avoid any inconvenient or misunderstandings.

Failing in communicating arrival time may results in delays whilst checking in and therefore no complaints or requests for refunds should be raised.

Check In: from 13:00 to 21:00 | Check Out: 10:00 am
Please agree in advance if your arrival falls outside the above times.

Rooms are readied daily from 10:30am to 12:30am and only if required towels will be replaced daily.

Tourist tax is not included and will be added to the room cost to be paid in cash.

Cancellations are agreed upon confirming the room reservation via email.

Conditions for bookings and cancellations
In order to make a booking full credit card details will be needed or bank transfer method are accepted, a 30% of the amount will be required to be transferred to bank details that will be provided by us.

On the arrival the guests will have to present a valid up to date form of ID for every occupant of a room, in order to provide any data to local authorities. All data are treated conforming with current privacy laws.
The balance of the payment will need to be paid cash, credit or debit card.
Any damages are chargeable. Any guests that failed to show a valid form of ID will NOT be allowed to enter the B&B premises.
To safeguards all of our guests it is forbidden to smoke within the B&B premises.

The B&B owner reserves the right to enter the rooms to carry out the cleaning activities or any urgent repairs or maintenance activities.

The B&B is not responsible for personal belongings and valuables left unattended.

Breakfast is on a self service basis, and it’s offered in the communal breakfast room from June 1st to September 30th.

Standard services in every room are: air conditioning, satellite TV, free WiFi, coffee machine, kettle and small fridge.

Clean towels replacement will take place after the 2nd day of staying, whereas the rest of the laundry (bed sheets and towels) will take place after the 4th day.

City and Airport Transfers are available upon request.
